  • Prepare monthly payroll computation with high level of accuracy and coordinate the approval process to ensure on-time payment to staff.

  • Input data of employee compensation & Benefit & Reporting
  • Prepare release final payment for Staff resign & recruitment every month
  • Prepare work permit and Extend VISA for expat
  • Ensure the new staff name are registered with insurance company
  • Coordinate in insurance claim process and advise to staff about the insurance
  • Update monthly employees contact detail and send to all employees
  • Issue Employment Letter
  • Request claim allowance to staff
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
