Mill Manager (1 Position)

The position is for Palm Oil Mill
- To manage the day to day operation of the Crude Palm Oil mill. Develop and implement production schedules, estimate production and production costs. Provide written weekly written reports

- Education: A relevant degree in Engineering
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in Palm Oil Mill Management.
- ommunication :Written and spoken English ( Khmer language an advantage)
Operational Manager (1 Position)

- The day to day supervision of the Palm Oil Mill operations. Providing daily written reports in English.
- Reporting to Mill Manager
- Education: A relevant degree in Engineering
- Experience : At least 3 years experience in Palm Oil Mill Operational Management or similar food processing factory Communication :Written and spoken Khmer and English Language
Purchasing & Admin (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Keeps up to date on the company need in order to order suppliers when they are necessary.
- Performs comparison shopping and negotiation to secure lower prices on materials the company need.
- Seeks out high quality products that will help the company operate smoothly and reach its.
- Operates as a key member of purchasing team
- Keeps aneye on inventory and make order or put a hold on automatic if on hand supplies call for doing so.
- Works well under tight deadline
- Keeps a highly organized schedule
- Constantly looks for ways to cut back on the company expenses
- Work well as a member of the team and communication with team member about the progress on certain projects.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience: At least 2 year.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Controls steam degenerating station riven turbo generator in electric or nuclear power
- Starts or signals Auxiliary -Equipment operator to start turbines boiler auxiliary units.
- Operate within SOPs.
- Adjusts throttle & Vacuum- breaker valve to engage governor that regulates speed of turbine notifies switchboard Operator that turbine - driven generator can be synchronized with auxiliary unit
- Monitors panel board to control operation of turbine to detect equipment malfunction
- Stop turbine when malfunctions, occur, following operating instruction
- Records instrument reading at specified intervals
- May perform minor maintenance or equipment , using handtools
- When controlling Operation by remote control, maybe designated central- control- room Operator
- Education Level: Technical Certificate or High School
