Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
  • Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
  • Designs and produces various marketing materials 
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
  • Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s in graphic design or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities.
  • A high level of proficiency using Adobe products like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A basic working knowledge of screen design tools like Sketch.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
  • Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

  • Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
  • Assists social media management with large events and projects
