Executive, HR

Position Summary

Reports to: Senior Manager, HR (Lead HRBP, Indochina)

Purpose / Summary of Position

The Senior Executive, HR/HRBP report to Senior Manager, HR (Lead HRBP, Indochina) to administer and ensure the implementation of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services and Workplace Safety and Health, and assist on labour relations and statutory compliances with gov’t institutions.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Source the right talents through the standardised acquisition processes to meet the respective departments’ manpower plan
  • Partner with head of departments to plan, attract and recruit talents to meet the respective departments’ manpower plan and requirements in timely manner through the standardised acquisition process
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure we hire the right people and provide advice to the managers on how to improve their human resources
  • Build a strong industry connection and reinforcing the employee branding activities for attracting talents
  • Track and complete recruitment reports to present your progress of your recruitment
  • Participate in Employee Branding initiatives such as panel discussions, career fairs, school outreach activities and other partnerships with top institutes/universities
  • Engage with the candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding (such as collecting compliance documents - NSSF Card, Employee Workbook, Bank Accounts and Personal Information)
  • Total Rewards Ensure all compensations and benefits transactions are processed efficiently and timely
  • Partner with line supervisor and manager & Group Payroll to ensure and perform overtime, meal, any other applicable allowances & benefits calculation, and payout to staff on timely and accurately through monthly payroll
  • Ensure statutory compliance sustainability in YHS Cambodia as per deadline set by Government
  • Ensure payroll master data and monthly report is maintained up to date in payroll file with complete supporting document
  • HR Shared Services and Workplace Safety & Health:
  • Ensure Staff’s Personal Records Management and Controlling are kept properly and safely, and are not accessed to by any authorized persons.
  • Partner with YHS Group’s HR Shared Service to ensure that Employee Profile and Information are uploaded and up to date in Employee Central (HR System)
  • Ensure Employee annual leave are recorded, tracked, and reported to Line Manager monthly
  • Administer and ensure the services such as Canteen, Cleaning, Gardening, Security, Pest Control are operating smoothly as per service agreements & SOPs
  • Monitor and ensure the renewal of Service Agreement in a timely manner and work with Finance to ensure payments as TOAs
  • Partner with EHS personnel to ensure Workplace Safety & Health and comply with Government’s regulations
  • Ensure that stationery are sufficient for employee and properly control and manage on the Stationery Taking Book Work closely
  • General Business Laws and Regulations assist the HR manager on Labor Laws, Regulations and HR Compliances
  • Monitor YHS (Cambodia) compliance with all Cambodian Labor laws and regulations (The major exceptions are those areas overseen by Finance and Accounting, for example, taxation.)
  • Obtain business permits, licenses and certificates as required by the law and keep them up to date.
  • Meet with government officials to understand laws, regulations and issues and help YHS (Cambodia) comply with government requirements.
  • Support YHS (Cambodia) departments in performing their work and activities legally, according to Cambodian Laws.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree of Business administration, human resource or related fields
  • Minimum of at least three (3) year-experience in general business compliances, Payroll/HR operation and compliance; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Good knowledge human resource concepts, practices and procedures, labor law and able to interpret the law, especially on pay and benefits
  • Ability to communicate both in Khmer and English effectively in person and in writing

Route to Market Manager

Position Summary

Job Purpose/Summary: Develop the business strategy and ensure sales and distribution model in line with the YHS (Cambodia) strategy. Execute and evaluate RTM performance distributor and develop & communicate best practice.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for the design, review and maintenance of excellent route to market strategy which delivers an effective and efficient return for the company.
  • Undertake route design and mapping for all regions with keen focus on route productivity and resource efficiency
  • Identify opportunities in the regions and establish the most effective strategy, routes and means to tap potential sales.
  • Been working in RTM role for a reputable company with a strong track record of success in Cambodia, knowing most potential partners to achieve wide distribution
  • Coordinates the RTM activities and adjusts routes to meet the company and customer needs.
  • Improve efficiencies, productivity and completion
  • Analyse and resolve work problem by developing leading edge RTM programs and ensure appropriate controls and reporting tools.
  • Conduct EDS surveys where appropriate and necessary to determine real outlet universe or use suitable extrapolation techniques to estimate outlet universe outside geographies subjected to EDS as well as estimated consumer intensities
  • Manage and coordinate the smooth implementation of DMS in resellers and our direct distribution teams
  • Development and monitoring of business routines that delivers high success rates.
  • Development of an RTM plan for YHSC.
  • Conduct financial analysis Return on Investment of RTM process, share with key stakeholders, control system in place to get region compliance on route coverage
  • Ensure that DMS is fully integrated and embedded into working and reporting models and its commercial chain

Finance Executive

Position Summary

Job Purpose/Summary: Finance Executive is responsible for monitor the company's income, expenses and investments, and he/she prepare, create and evaluate financial analysis and reports including cost and budgeting, products, monthly/annually tax, and system.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist Finance Manager to perform month-end closing on costing, inventory and general ledger
  • Assist in analyse actual production costs and compare to standard cost; reconcile variance reporting of inventory adjustments, labour and production variances; 
  • Ensure AR, AP record accurately in SAP
  • Support costing and analysis of new products and cycle count and physical stock
  • Maintain fixed asset detail; including adding assets, transferring CIP accounts to active fixed assets and disposing of assets when needed and reconciling to the general ledger;
  • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
  • Process supplier invoices such as P.O. matching invoices; GL coding; following up with vendor on price variance, preparing payment and reconciling creditors accounts;
  • Perform bank reconciliation;
  • Ensure all inventory is accounted and update into SAP System quarterly
  • Prepare and analyse manufacturing P&L; Cost center expenses report; and
  • Prepare annual budgeting for manufacturing P&L and cost centers
  • Prepare monthly / annual tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
  • Manage and maintain the company’s tax database (E-Filling)

Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary

Job Purpose/Summary: Maintenance Supervisor will oversee managing and ensuring the effective execution of maintenance and repairing program that relate majority to mechanical and electrical issue. He/ She also in charge of machine/equipment performance monitoring and provide feedback for intervention. When necessary, he/she also works with maintain service provider to achieve the goal.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To attend in machine breakdown, troubleshoot problems, upgrading or modification, and ensure full compliance to safety procedure, food safety management, hygiene procedures and 5S execution.
  • To ensure spare parts are available and highlight to Maintenance Manager on the requirements also to responsible to alert the Maintenance Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur
  • To be fully responsible on performance of the machine and participate actively in problem solving and process improvement initiatives, identify, evaluate, analyze and implement actions required to achieve Mechanical Efficiency targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluation and handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy

Production Technician

Position Summary

Job Purpose/Summary: To operate and solve issues of various types of machinery in production line with required standard of product quality, following strict on Safety Regulations, performing routine maintenance checks, willing to work on shifts and other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Perform the Basic Equipment Care (BEC) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and report any fault to supervisor
  • Record the machine breakdown, machine output, wastage on time and accurate and report to supervisor
  • Ability to identify the rout cause and solving issues of machine breakdown or abnormality
  • Perform CIP/COP, sanitation process and involved in chemical handling/preparation
  • Properly fills out all daily records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions
  • Drive innovation and improvement production line to increase Productivity with a safe operating environment

Utility Technician

Position Summary

Location: Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone

Job Purpose/Summary: This position is responsible for coordinating projects and communicating results of finished projects, performing preventive maintenance, and diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system malfunctions.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Support utility engineer on daily utility operation.
  • Make sure smooth utilities supply from day-to-day operation, support and satisfy production needs on all utilities.
  • Plan manpower for weekly utility operation.
  • Carry out maintenance works with suppliers and engineering team.
  • Test, troubleshoot and perform and perform basic repair for mechanical and electrical systems (e.g motor, pump, valve and electrical components)
  • Good knowledge in boiler system, air compressor system, cooling tower system, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, gen-set, building facilities, cool and chilled room systems
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree or Higher diploma in mechanical and electrical engineering from a recognised university or polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 2 to 4 years of working experience in manufacturing utilities, especially in boiler, cooling tower, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, air compressor, gen-set and building facilities.
  • Hands on working experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of utilities systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical & instrument fundamentals and mechanical principle
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Understand electrical single line diagram.
  • Preferably with local authorities certified boiler operation certification.
