Digital Marketing Officer

Position Summary

The main purpose of this position is to produce contents on digital channels, ensuring the high engagement

of the audience via online channels, and consequently driving the sales and market visibility.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • As a Digital Marketing Officer, she/he is mainly responsible for:
  • Generating contents on digital channels that promote products and the company to drive sales and market visibility.
  • Managing the company social media accounts by actively engaging with the audience and preparing engagement reports. 
  • Contributing to maintain relationships with the social media influencers, and celebrities, to promote the brand and reputation.
  • Main Activities
  • Provide ideas for content or coordinate with the content writer to produce content, ensuring effective advertisement of products and implementation of marketing and promotion campaigns.

  • Handle other marketing campaigns under the supervision of Marketing Manager and along with the marketing assistants, including advertisements and publications of ads online and in magazines (both online and offline).

Marketing Manager

  • As a Marketing Manager, she/he is mainly responsible for:
  • Developing marketing plans by coordinating with the marketing and sales teams effectively, analysing the trends, and designing marketing campaigns to build the visibility of the brand.
  • Developing marketing and merchandising tools that are relevant to the products and execute them to be able to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency and accuracy of the content.

  • Main Activities

  • Ensure production of high-quality digital contents on all digital channels that engage, educate and motivate by reviewing it and validating it (medical accuracy, quality of translation, spelling mistake, etc.).
  • Oversee all social media channels and measure, analyse and report on the performance such as followers, engagement rate, customer relationship management, online sales or orders, etc.
  • Manage relationships with the Digital Marketing Agencies and experts with whom we are working with.
  • Support the Country Representative in the promotion of activities related to the Retail Sector and consumers, such as events with Beauty Bloggers, events with retailers, games competition between branches, medical conferences, seminars, press conferences etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers, celebrities and media to set up a database of key industry players to promote the brand.

Sales Manager

Position Summary

Job Summary

The main purpose of this position is to drive sales and meet the sales targets by managing the sales team and building long-lasting relationships with all the key accounts.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Manager, she/he is mainly responsible for:
  • Overseeing the sales data and managing the sales team to meet the targets.
  • Overseeing stock flows (inventory) and purchase orders to ensure flawless distribution of stocks aligned with orders. Developing promotion plans both for retail and e-commerce, and coordinating with other teams to implement the plan.
  • Engaging with key accounts to ensure regular orders and establish long-lasting relationships, along with the Country Representative.
  • Leading and providing guidance to her/his team that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's identity and values.
  • Main Activities
  • Monitor the sales targets by coordinating with Marketing and Medical Sales teams, and managing the Sales team, and following up with them regularly, and ensure that all the key accounts are being consolidated and reviewed.
  • Prepare sales reports (including sales from all accounts) by analyzing sales data, and propose and recommend the plan(s) for the coming months pertaining to sales targets, promotions, and stocks.
  • Overview the sales reports from the supervisors weekly and take all necessary actions related to stocks, product display and orders.
  • Coordinate effectively with the distributor to provide stocks to the stores smoothly according to orders.
  • Check and review the inventory and sales data received from the distributors.

Finance Manager & HR

The main purpose of this position is to efficiently and accurately oversee the financial and accounting operations of the company in compliance with laws and regulations. Moreover, the Finance Manager and HR is also responsible for handling HR activities in line with laws and regulations and supporting all the necessary administrative tasks.

  • As a Finance Manager and HR, she/he is mainly responsible for:
  • Ensuring that the company's accounting and tax-related matters are completed accurately and timely, in line with laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring, analysing and ensuring finance and accounting data consistency.
  • Providing financial reports (interpreted information) and analysing financial activities with thorough explanations and recommendations to the management.
  • Ensuring that the HR functions have complied with the regulations, especially with the Social Security and Personal Income Tax.

  • Main Activities
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

  • Monitor monthly and potential expenses of the office, and budget to ensure that budget consumptions are well planned accordingly with PnL (to be updated as soon as possible during the 1st week of M+1 and send to Country Representative).

  • Coordinate effectively with the Sales team, especially Sales Executive and Sales Manager, to collect relevant, accurate and consistent data and inputs timely.
  • Work jointly with the distributor to ensure that the company receives the required data and accurate sales reports.
  • Prepare, implement and check the sale reconciliation files by coordinating with the sales team, especially the Sales Executives, and the distributor by ensuring the accuracy of the payable and receivables, and taxes (including customs duties).
  • Develop templates and tools to ease the processes related to HR and Finance: modus operandi to develop.
  • Support the Country Representative and other managers in preparing job announcements for recruiting and handle all needed recruitment tasks and relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Prepare all the necessary legal paperwork related to onboarding, including employment contracts, social security registration, etc.
  • Contribute to engage employees and to create a better working place, along with other managers, by listening to their difficulties, issues and finding solutions.

Retail Sales Representative

Position Summary

Position description:

The Retail Sales Representative for Bioderma brand will be based in Phnom Penh and reports daily to

the Country Representative of Bioderma (also based in Phnom Penh).

The Sales Representative will have 2 main missions:

Check up and follow up of main pharmacies & chain cosmetic point of sales and training of the ground staff to have a better understanding of the product and take the orders

The strategy will have to be elaborated in coordination with the Country Representative of Bioderma.

  • Prepare Sales Agreement contract with chain retailers, drugstores, cosmetic stores
  • Build good relationship with the main retailers and plan a marketing promo campaign with them.
  • Field visit of retail pharmacies, drugstores and cosmetic point of sales to check the
  • merchandising display
  • Training of pharmacy ground staff on spot (5 minutes).

Sales & analysis

 Sales reports and data analysis and preparation of dashboard ,sales per retailers and other KPI

 Sales target to reach according to channel

Business Travel in Country: The Retail Sales Representative will be based in Phnom Penh. Once a

month, the representative will have to go to Siem Reap to meet with Retailers and also to check the

pharmacies and other point of sales in Siem Reap region (2 full days).

Medical Sales Representative

Position Summary

Position description:

The Medical Sales Representative for Bioderma brand will be based in Phnom Penh and reports daily to the Country Representative of Bioderma (also based in Phnom Penh).

The Medical Sales Representative (Medical Visitor) will have 3 main missions:

Identification of Medical Doctors who can cooperate and work with Laboratoire Dermatologique Bioderma and take orders from them

  • The Medical Visitor needs to identify key Medical doctors

The Medical Sales Representative will be assigned to visit Medical doctors regularly at Hospitals &

Clinics and to explain to them the different product ranges from Laboratoire Dermatologique Bioderma.

All of our products are very linked to the medical sector and helps in the treatment of skin disease such

as Atopic Dermatitis, Seborrheic Dermatitis, Acne….

  • The Medical Sales Representative will have to assist the Country Representative of Bioderma in the Promotion of Activities related to the Medical Sector such as organization of medicalsymposium, organization of CME (continued medical education workshops), scientific conferences...

Check up and follow up of main Hospitals and Clinics Pharmacies, as well as

maternity centers

  • Establish good relationship with Hospitals and Clinics in order to organize trainings for pharmacists, nurses, doctors and medical staff of each of these hospitals and raise awareness about Bioderma.
  • Establish good relationship with Maternity centers in order to organize trainings and to set up baby box gifts with Bioderma products

Conducting Trainings in-house and also to doctors, pharmacists….

  • The medical visitor must also be Bioderma trainer for diseases related issues and for product knowledge and will train the internal Bioderma team and all retailers, doctors, medical staffs that will require Bioderma product knowledge training and skin diseases issues.

Business Travel in Country: The Medical Visitor will be based in Phnom Penh. He may be required from time to time to meet with doctors and check hospitals in other cities in Cambodia.
