Duties
  • Determine annual and monthly gross-profit plan by implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results.
  • Develop overall sales, marketing strategy and action plans for all SGC products and shops and break down for individual sales targets for individual staff.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing activities for all SGC products and shops.
  • Create publication of all sales and marketing materials.
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, and supplies and demands.
  • Complete sales and marketing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
  • Maintain effective internal communications and ensure that relevant department functions are kept informed about marketing objectives.
  • Manage products by ensuring that the products of both retails and wholesales are of good quality and organized by product types.
  • Manage recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and ensure staff retention rates through a well-established work plan;
  • Regularly prepare reports of sales progresses, products, and analysis of sales and market situations and provide recommendations for management team to review.Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
Requirements
