Customs Clearance Officer

Position Summary

Working Time : 8:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break : 12:00 ~ 13:30)

Working Day : Monday ~ Friday & Saturday : Half day

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare document for Export clearance ( Authorize letter, Invoice, Packing List)
  • Write on description of inspection ( Export)
  • Find HS Code for export goods
  • Key in and sea export data in ASYCUDA
  • Lock Container Seal
  • Get signature from customs officer
  • If there is no duty at Dry port, will support and stand by at office
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University degree
  • At least 1 year experience with clearance
  • English is a must
  • Knowledge and understanding ASYCUDA
  • Knowledge Invoice , Packing List, BL
  • Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, power point)
  • Knowledge clearly about HS code
  • Available work at PPSEZ Every week
  • Be flexible and problem solving skill
 
 

Sale and Marketing officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare sale strategic to hit target according to yearly sale’s action plan.
  • Marketing research and create target business, customer/Make appointment/conduct visit activities.
  • Report sale activities to sale management, discussion for approach each target
  • Sale coordination and negotiation for cost with sub-con as shipping line/ Airline…
  • Sale coordination as checking all logistic regulation with related parties to explain clearly operation to customer.
  • Prepare and submit quotation to customer based on their requirement (Also to NE group according to each NE’s request)
  • Prepare SOP and contact for new business /new customer, appointment with customer will be required.
  • Sale coordination with internal related team regarding to sharing cost/ SOP/ selling rate.
  • Sale coordination as meeting with related department including government department in order resolve any issues which is necessary to join to support customer, just in case comply team’s rule which.is set by sale management.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University degree
  • Work at Phnom Penh
  • At least half year experience in logistic
  • Excellence command in English
  • Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, power point)
  • Be flexible and problem-solving skill.

Senior Account Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare Tax Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note to Local Customer and Nippon Group
  • Prepare Monthly Statement to Customer and Nippon Group
  • Follow up Pending Payment with Customers
  • Record/Posting Received Payment into QuickBooks System timely manner
  • Ensure Monthly Business Report are updated and accurate, meeting deadline
  • Control and Maintain Customer Profile
  • Prepare Outstanding Payment Report of Customer for Management Meeting
  • Ensure invoice, receipt filled properly and kept according to Tax Statutory Requirement
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
  • Basic knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in Freight Forwarding/Logistic is preferable.
  • Flexible mind, willing to learn new thing and adapt to international working environment.
  • Flexible manner and ability to work under high pressure.
 
 

HR & Admin Manager

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • HR and Admin
  • Lead HR & Administration Department
  • Develop and administration human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
  • Develop HR & Administration Policy & Procedure
  • Set up performance management process and staff KPI
  • Recruitment
  • To support the company interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • To ensure job descriptions and roles are advertised using agreed and established methodologies.
  • Planning and delivering induction training for new staff.
  • Communications
  • Working closely with all departments to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  • Produce and report on HR Key Performance Indicators in accordance with Company requirements.
  • Provide HR budgetary reports when required.
  • Promoting and implementing local labor law best practices.
  • Employee Relations
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
  • Undertaking regular salary reviews to ensure the company is a competitive recruiter in the market.
  • To support the company Principal and company Leadership Team in matters of staff discipline and grievances.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University degree/ Holding master’s degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience admin & HR.
  • Excellence command in English is a must, Japanese is a plus
  • Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, Visio, outlook, power point)
  • Be flexible and problem-solving skill.

Export Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Export shipping arrangement, Freight tracing, Handover the required documents to acct team to issue invoice.

  • Resonance to inquiries from customers after shipments confirmed, keeping the record of shipments.
  • Check & maintain SOP of Export operation, pursuit job efficiency of export operation.
  • Irregular report to all concerned party, take action to avoid. Irregular (damage, delay, missing,) Sharing the information from Carrier to customers and sales team.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Having an interest in work with wide view. Proactively learning from superior/other sources to improve quality of sales activity in Logistics service field.
  • Information Gathering: proactively gather information from multi sources including superiors/broadcasting/books and other advisors.
  • Teamwork: Cooperating with other team members proactively. Able to share the information that he/she have with suitable way.
  • Understanding the others: Able to care other others. Can accept/respect the other way of thinking from team members.
  • Presentation: Can have clear/logical presentation to customer/superior to them understand and have right decision.
  • Motivation for knowledge: Motivated to have the knowledge and skill for own tasks. Continuously trying to improve own skill. (including certification or qualification)
  • Continuity: Can continue the work with patient even if it's a simple/monotonous work.
  • Honesty: Always to be honest to the customers/relented parties. To be trusted from customers. In case of mistake or wrong decision, can admit and think about the future improvement.
  • Following rules: Understand the company rule and due date of each task. Able to finish the job on time. In case of irregularity, can report immediately to superiors. (Team leader/Managers)
  • Manner: Able to be always polite to customers/related parties. Always to be clean and have good manners that others like to do.
