Strategic Account Manager - Shops

Position Summary

However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Shop to join our Shops vertical growing team in Cambodia! Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly driven and hungry to succeed. You get things done, you question everything and you like to play in a team. This role will be based in Cambodia and will report to the Head of Shops.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • What's on your menu?
  • Manage the team: scale the team according to the growing portfolio of brands with foodpanda, manage incentive schemes for Account Management, onboard new joiners, identify growth areas for your direct reportees and provide guidance for them to achieve it.
  • Act as the main contact person for our top vendors, identify and attack problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and the restaurant owners.
  • Negotiate deals, exclusivity, implement branding, sell packaging, to improve foodpanda's visibility and develop their online takeaway orders.

Billing Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Process Invoices:
  • Perform the bill run process on SAP. You will need to have an understanding of some applications such as SAP, Salesforces, and SQL.
  • Issue the invoice to the customer/vendor timely.
  •  Report and Resolve Payment Issues 
  • This is a task that can require conflict resolution skills, as it can involve disputing payment and reconciling issues with both internal stakeholders as well as external vendors.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to solve the payment or invoicing issue.
  • Process the adjustment timely and accurately.
  • Support Month End Close Reporting 
  • You should understand the Revenue Accounting Principles and own the corresponding entries in the financial statements.
  • Prepare reports and assist in any data entry when required.

  • We are looking for someone passionate about fighting fraud, identifying new trends / typologies, educating other teams on the operational fraud vectors and are naturally curious. This position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders across local teams, analytics, sales, marketing, vendor management and more!
  • You will help us build up the best Fraud team in the Industry. As an expert in Fraud, you will act as the regional point of contact for the markets and action escalations from your cross functional teammates and action these with the utmost care and attention. You will use your investigation skills to review suspicious activity of any kind & assess them accordingly.
  • By keeping up to date with trends in the Industry, you will use your analytical skill set to proactively identify new trends and put measures in place to protect our customers and company from loss.
