CAMP Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and orients camp management.
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Set policies and processes
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Develop planning for management, operation procedure, plan site supervision to ensure are followed to health and safety procedure of client.
  • Develop quality of report supervision and revise plan for camp growth and meet client’s goal and objectives.
  • Supervision and collect report from department and analysis.
  • Develop health and safety policy and orientation to site management staff.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections
  • Problem solving
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in management or other related fields.
  • 5 years’ experience.
  • Organized, independent, and honest
  • Committed to high standard

Facility Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and orients facility and building management.
  • Accountable for all services to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work.
  • manage any building maintenance to maintain the working environment.
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Set policies and processes
  • To ensure all facilities are maintain and safe environment, Risk accident management, prepares tools for protection of accident.
  • Staff orientation at each site to make sure they have cleared environment and safety.
  • Ensure all risk accidents are created and all used properly on sites.
  • Train to subordinate to protect and use all tools to reduce risk accident on site.
  • Set discipline of facility maintain and safe environment.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Oversee training of new employees

Facility Coordinator

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Facilities coordinator manage building and equipment maintenance schedules, test building security systems and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans. He schedules preventative maintenance respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans. Applying for required environmental permits may be included in a facilities coordinator's job duties. Facilities coordinator review furniture needs and keep the office supply and kitchen areas stocked.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Regular plan to monitor and supervision all equipment on sites
  • Followed health and safety procedure developed
  • To ensure all equipment are maintained and monthly report of equipment on sites
  • Update all equipment used and needed
  • All buildings are kept in health and safety for staff
  • Have clear instruction for all staff to follow the procedure.

HR Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Responsible of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. He will manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions for all positions and employment contract and other relevant documents
  • Monitor recruitment and organize for training team and staff to support well trained to manpower to another departments
  • Ensure legal & policies compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
  • Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Recommend changes and conduct periodic pay surveys, schedule and conduct job evaluations, analyze exit interviews
  • Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage all aspects of monthly payroll processing, including overtime, leave, calculations benefit and tax related services as well as employee health insurance
  • Perform research and provide information and other tasks which are assigned by Manager.
  • Work closely with all departments in order to prepare training to team.
  • Regular plan for staff performance appraisal, and follow ministry of labor law
  • Control staff’s attendance and payroll
