Application Support Officer

Position Summary

The position is for IT DEPARTMENT (HEAD OFFICE)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, support and maintain business application software for the Bank
  • Responsible for the smooth running of all banking application systems
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • A recognised University Degree preferably related to Computer Science/ IT or relevant qualification
  • Possess a good knowledge in secure Coding Standard, retail banking, credit card or finance system would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in VB.net, C#, ASP.net, Web Service, Oracle, MS SQL Server or SAS programming
  • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Possess good spoken and written English
 
 

Computer Operator

Position Summary

Location: HEAD OFFICE

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Monitor the operations of computer hardware/ systems, ensure timely execution of jobs and prompt problems escalation
  • Print and sort reports for distribution to the users and branches
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • A recognised University Degree preferably related to Management Information
  • System
  • Must be prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts
  • Possess good spoken and written English

Position Summary

Location: HEAD OFFICE

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Approve or decline authorization requests based on established guidelines as well as attending calls regarding lost, stolen or destroyed cards.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work under pressure
  • Must be prepared to work three (3) rotating shifts
  • Relevant experience in a credit/charge card industry is preferred
  • Able to speak English and Chinese would be an advantage

Position Summary

Location: PHNOM PENH BRANCHES, SIEM REAP, PREAH SIHANOUK, KOH KONG, SUONG AND KAMPONG SPEU PROVINCIAL BRANCH

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Perform account opening and other counter transactions i.e. deposits and withdrawals, exchange of currencies and accept payments for loans/credit cards
  • Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank's products and services
  • Provide administrative support to the branch
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Diploma in Banking or its equivalent with good Mathematics result
  • Ability to converse and write in English and Chinese would be an added advantage
  • No experience required
