Business Strategic Plan and Products Development Officer (1 Position)
- Consolidate department’s documents to initiate ARDB’s three years business plan.
- Facilitate and finalize ARDB’s department action plan to implementation.
- Monitoring business plan implementation and report monthly to CEO.
- Prepare ARDB’s annual report summit to NBC.
- Generating ideas for new products and researching feasibility in terms of bank available to apply.
- Initiate develop banking services and products, and formulating schemes of new products processes.
- Find partner cooperation to push ARDB’s services and products.
- Preparing work plan and progressing report weekly to manager.
- And perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Finance and Banking, Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Business and Products Development or Business in banking sector (research, data collection, data analysis and report writing).
- Interviewing skills and capacity to build bank products or business plan.
- Be able to communicate well with all staff, local communities and authority.
- Good at problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Office, SPSS and relevant applications).
- Fluently verbal and communication in Khmer and English.
- Strong motivation, initiative, commitment, willingness to travel to provinces.
- Hard-working and able to work under pressure.
- Be able to work as a team with high responsibility.
Project Support Officer (1 Position)
- Engage in project preparation, agreement, and implementation with developing partners
- Conduct research/ initiate on new projects which aim to support goals of the organization
- Work closely with credit department in terms of loan disbursement to target customers in the projects
- Prepare monthly progress report of project to vice-chief of Project management unit.
- Arrange meeting and prepare minute meeting when necessary
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the projects
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance and Banking, business management or equivalent
- At least have 1 year experience in project management with local or international developing partners,
- Have ability to conduct monitoring and evaluation of the projects
- Have ability to conduct research and innovate new projects for the organization
- Have good communication with relevant stakeholders
- Have ability to understand project contracts and comments on the contracts is preferable
- Good at project design, negotiation and coordination
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Office, SPSS and relevant applications)
- Fluency in reading, speaking and written in English and Khmer
- Strong motivation, initiative, commitment, willingness to travel to provinces.
- Hard-working and able to work under pressure

Head of Research and Marketing Development Unit (1 Position)
- Manage and responsible all tasks of Research and Marking development unit
- Enhance and built capacity for prepare marketing rolling plan
- Create tools for manage and measurement of marketing advertising effectiveness
- Encourage employees to work effectively and achieve the strategic plan of the Bank
- To prepare annual marketing plan in accordance with the business strategic plan
- To develop action plans for implement strategic marketing plans (both digital and physical marketing)
- To monitor and evaluate the implementation of action plans (both digital marketing and physical marketing)
- To ensure the quality and effectiveness of advertising by all means
- To develop advertising strategies and marketing POS materials
- To conduct research study and evaluation on the products and services of the Rural Development Bank by comparing with other financial institutions’ products and services in order to meet the clients’ need. This shall be considered as fundamental for improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Executive Officer and Head of Department
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business management Banking and Economic or equivalent
- At least 3 years experiences related to marketing strategic and bank's products and services advertising
- Have experience in marketing strategy of bank's product and service advertising though social media and digital marketing is advance.
- Have good communication with clients and partner
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Office and relevant applications)
- Fluency in reading, speaking and written in English and Khmer
- Strong motivation, initiative, commitment, willingness to travel to provinces.
