Announcement Positions

Sales & Marketing Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Open outlets to find new customers every month at least 5-10 outlets.
  • Recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Minimize expenses and maximize revenue for the company
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Plan, implement, control and evaluate sales promotion activities.
  • Manage and lead the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance.
  • Provide training to sales team to develop their potential and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities for management review

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least 4 years’ experience in management levels
  • Have experiences of F&B industry and wine industry is a plus

Senior Sales Executive (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Open outlet to find new customers at least 5-10 per month
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Maintain good relationship with customers by doing constant visit to the outlets
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Plan & develop sales strategies to maximize sales
  • Design & develop process and procedure of sales department to improve efficiency
  • To understand the market and client needs as well as closing deals

HR & Admin Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the employees are getting the things that they need according to the company policies and market level.
  • Develop and revise policies, working procedures and internal forms of company to meet the standard of labour law of Cambodia and competitive market.
  • Lead the review of performance planning, monitoring and appraisal processes, including training in all aspects
  • Strong interpersonal relationships, transparency and honestly with team members, managers and staff
  • Manage the recruitment process to find out an outstanding staff annually for the company
  • Ensure the absence and leave of staff compliant to the policy and flexible to the work flow of company.

Assistant to General Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Involves in all department on behalf of General Manager
  • Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
  • Work with the General Manager to coordinate and supervise daily operations
  • Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
  • Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
  • Create reports and submit them to the General Manager
  • Fulfill duties as assigned by the General Manager
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently assigned by the management

Stock Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility in taking care and look after the stocks in warehouse.
  • Make sure all storages are clean and tidy that are easy to find products with effectiveness and safety.
  • Develop mapping of each storage and properly update to GM.
  • Shall be the main focal person in charge of the products and properties controlled in the stocks from the warehouse. Will appoint the second person-in-charge for Stock Controller during the absence.
  • Shall be responsible in missing/lost stocks in the company (all storages).
  • Shall be responsible in receiving and handling the logistics of the stocks from shipment overseas and shall be flexible on time of work if it requires working at night.
  • Shall be working harmoniously with the delivery team to ensure that products have been delivered to customers accordingly.
  • Shall make sure to keep track of the stock in/stock out documents and make sure it will be filed and monitored in a timely manner.
  • Shall make sure to keep the necessary documents issued in daily basis; delivery note and invoice.
  • Shall send the delivery report to GM in daily basis. During absence, Stock Supervisor needs to collect information from the second person-in-charge to complete the report.
  • Shall send a weekly stock count and a monthly delivery report to GM.
  • Update stock of fast moving, slow moving and limited stock to team in the meeting properly especially Sales Team.
  • Other tasks assigned by GM.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Stock controlling and supervising (food & beverage industry is preferred)

Graphic Designer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with clients about layout and design.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary

  • At least 2-year experience in graphic design field
  • A strong eye for visual composition

Store Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Perform direct sales to customer entering the store.
  • Propose testing of products to customers
  • Make sure that the products for testing have sufficient quality to be proposed to customer (make sure wine is prepared and ready for offering).
  • Control stock movement in and out of wine products in the store
  • Weekly and monthly inventory checking
  • Summarize stock movement and non-movement by weekly & monthly to Shop manager
  • Create marketing and promotions to push selling the products
  • Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints
  • Ensure that the health and safety measure are met for customers
  • Manage and maintain security in the store
  • Assist Shop manager to manage daily cash flow of the store
  • Submit report of stock, income and expense to Shop Manager by daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Consistent evaluation of sales performance and initiate sales driven activities to achieve the store sales target/objectives
  • Involve in recruitment, coaching, counseling, discipline and train employees as needed
  • Constantly control neatness of the displays.
  • Make sure pricing is correct work on store displays
  • Regular exercise of independent judgment and flexible powers in the daily performance of job duties and ensure the policies and working procedure of company are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Sales/Business or any relevant field
  • 3 years of experience working on wine retail or restaurant/hotel/hospitality industry is a plus
  • Can drink wine is preferred

  • Good of speaking and writing in English. Can speak Chinese is a plus

Store Assistant

  • Assist customers with product selection. Share product knowledge with customers. Make recommendations and suggestions based on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate pricing of the products in the store display
  • Stock control in store
  • Resolve customer problems/claims
  • Ensure that the health and safety measure are met for customers
  • Manage and maintain security in the store
  • Manage daily cash flow of the store
  • Submit report of stock, income and expense to Store Supervisor by daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Assist Store Supervisor on office job such by using Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Represent Store Supervisor during his absence
  • Constantly control neatness of the displays
  • Maintain awareness of current advisement of products
  • Work closely with team to achieve the store sales target

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • High School Diploma or University degree
  • Wine tasting knowledge is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a retail environment or restaurant/hotel/hospitality industry is a plus
  • Previous customer services and wine retail experience is preferred
  • Pleasant and hardworking should adapt to flexible times
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English, speaking and writing
  • Basic math and computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and email...)
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with customers, and team
