THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To facilitate and implement the Technical Programmes using the WVIC development programme approach to enhance community participation, ownership and sustainability of projects for the wellbeing of children, families and communities/slums.
- Promote Local Ownership & Effective Partnership:
- Work with local partners, implement the joint/ shared plan, and Initiate reflection, learning actions, which contribute to promote community ownership and local partnering.
- Support local level partners to identify needs and their underlying causes; and recognizing local assets and resources which could support them in meeting these needs, mobilize these in program implementation
- Technical Project Implementation
- Implement the technical project log-frame within the agreed design and budget.
- Lead reflection and learning of technical project model’s implementation for ongoing feedback and improvement with key project partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze the MVC and RC as per criteria and include them in TP project model.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Build capacity of partners in collaboration with technical teams and partners are able to effectively collect monitoring data.
- Organize and archive the data according to the monitoring standards.
- Develop and update annual, semi-annual and monthly budget and detail implementation plan.
- External Representation (Government and external agencies)
- Work with Associate Manager for Program on Representing WVI-C at Khan/Sangkat department offices, promote collaborative relationship for successful implementation of development programs.
- Initiate and advocate with Sangkat and Khan level for integration of project activities into local government plan
- Teamwork and Integration
- Undergo technical training programmes and meet the post training requirements.
- Engage in own personal learning and development, openness for spiritual learning and contribute to the development of colleagues.
- Uphold WVIC, vision mission, identity, and core value, while working in WVIC operations area.

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in education, social development studies and related field of study.
- At least of experience working with Children Adolescent and Youth programs, including program design, implementation and monitoring; staff training and coaching with an emphasis in the special technical capacity for the focus of the project for 2 years
- Experience in the technical area of Public Health, Nutrition, WASH, Maternal and Child health for 2 years
- Experience with M&E for education programming (learning outcomes as well as tracking process indicators).
- Experience dealing with Provincial and District-level government, especially the MoEYS offices.
- The position is based in AP office with travel to all target villages in AP.
