Union Organizing Officer (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Provide consultant and assistant to union members
- Organizing workers and assistant workers to form Union
- Provide Training on Social protection, labour right, and genders to workers.
- Work closely with legal and campaign coordinator
- Assist to dispute resolution, advocacy and campaign
- Assist on case complaint to MoLVT, AC, and Court.
- Research on framework and evident base for advocacy and campaign
- Assist to program team on provide legal training, workshop and relevance act.
- Participation on monthly and yearly action plan and reporting
- Assist to organizing team on collective issue of workers
- At least bachelor degree on laws or relevance.
- At least 1 years’ experience in union workers.
- Strong organization skill and ability to handle multi tasks
- Command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, Internet &Email.
- Previous experience working with NGOs
- Willing to work with grassroots
- Good interpersonal skill

Finance Officer (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Responsible EU report monthly and midyear of EU budgeting
- Prepare cash flow forecast
- Maintain all filling system for audit trial
- Manage on financial reports including monthly quarterly, annual and donor reports
- Updating and follow up the procurement policy and administrative policy of CFSWF
- join Manage daily financial accounting and ensure its compliance with CFSWF’s policy
- Join Building capacity of program staff related to financial guideline/join budget monitoring
- Monitor cashier accuracy of figures and expenditures of advance and petty cash system
- Prepare bank reconciliation for monthly
- Prepare payroll and tax for monthly
- Update asset listing every month and count physical asset very quarter
- Ensure payment to staffs advance and advance settle.
- Prepare payroll, NSSF, and tax for monthly
- Inventory checking and maintain
- Prepare and manage cash on hand.
- Manage log-sheet and attendant of staffs.
- Support in logistics, procurements, and travel arrangements
- Update fixed asset register, labeling and regularly do physical checks
- Another task is assigned by president/supervisor if needed
- At least Bachelor’s degree on Finance, accountant, or other professional accounting qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in financial/ Accountant sector with social filed
- Strong organisation skill and ability to handle multi tasks
- Experience with EU budget, not must
- Command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, QuickBooks
- Previous experience working with NGOs
- Willing to work with grassroots
- Good interpersonal skill
