Travel Designer French Market
Compensation: Competitive upon qualification

Working hours: 8.30-12.00/1.30-5.30, Monday to Friday
- Respond to incoming travel inquiries from clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand travel objectives, preferences, group size, special needs, and budget.
- Identify and understand the client’s needs and expectations through profiling.
- Research and select suitable destinations, routes, and experiences based on client profiles.
- Craft detailed day-by-day itineraries including activities, accommodations, meals, transfers, and guide services.
- Adapt proposals based on feedback—modify route, timing, or inclusions to meet expectations.
- Ensure that proposals align with the Easia product strategy and sustainability guidelines.
- Communication with Reservation & Operation for the booking and status.
- Coordinate handover with the operations department for service delivery.
- Understand competition and react accordingly
- Participate in site inspections or FAM trips to improve expertise & services.
- Language: French (native or fluent) + Excellent English
