Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.

Position Summary

Reporting Line: Transport Manager

Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly allowance provided

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support dispatcher for optimization of truck utilization
  • Review the signed delivery notes of completed deliveries.
  • Monitor the Trucks with the GPS System (Delays/Route Deviation from Journey Plan/ Unplanned Stops/etc.)
  • Support in the Deviation Analysis (Incidents, Complaints, Product Losses, etc.)
  • Coordinate checking invoice from transporters
  • Coordinate transport meeting
  • Other tasks assigned by Transport Manager
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economic, Business Admin or others related field are encouraged to apply
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Skill: Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge: MS Office, Internet and Email proficiency
  • Language: Good proficiency of English for both writing and speaking.
Soft Skills
  • Willing to learn, honest and be able to work under pressure
