The Swiss Cooperation Office and Consular Agency in Cambodia is seeking a part-time Trainee Receptionist to support daily front-office and administrative operations during a maternity leave replacement. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Part-Time Trainee Receptionist (50%)
Maternity leave replacement (temporary assignment, approx. 4–5 months, morning shift)
Place of work: Phnom Penh
Start of employment: As soon as possible, ideally mid-May 2026
- The main tasks assigned to the holder of this part-time position (Cambodian national) are:
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls; facilitating outgoing calls
- Providing information to partner institutions and clients
- Welcoming guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Sending, receiving, registering, and dispatching mail and fax messages
- Maintaining and updating internal phone directories and contact lists
- Recording incoming and outgoing office mail
- Supporting travel arrangements
- Preparing and sending invitations, newsletters, and other documents
- Printing, scanning, and copying documents
- Assisting in the organization of missions, meetings, and visits
- Supporting internal meetings, workshops, and social events
- Providing general support to the administrative team as required

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or ongoing studies
- First experience in administration is an asset
