Position Summary

Salary Range: Competitive Package

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Business
  • Deliver the company’s sales target. 
  • Propose and discuss the efficiency and effective Trade and Consumer promotion to support sale volume within own territory (if need). 
  • Ensure well execution in market for any program from Trade or Brand support.
  • Ensure BATC merchandising are placed in the right place.
  • Win the Market Share, Distribution, Visibility of BATC’s brand.
  • Cooperate very close with Main Distributor team, Provincial Distributor.
  • Ensure product is freshness in market through stock rotation must made by field force.
  • Ensure no credit issue of DSR.
  • Other task required by line manager.
  • People
  • Utilize motivated tool provided by BATC to motivate Distributor Sales Representative to work hard and smart.
  • Improve selling skill and product training for field force.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Driving License
  • Willing to base and work at province
  • Working experience more than 1 year in sales.
  • Good in English and Khmer Communication, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Able to use Microsoft administration
  • Willing to work under pressure
 
 

Human Resource Intern

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational & administrative tasks of the HR team: Supplier contract & payment, Expenses claim, Document management (both online & offline), etc.
  • Support other departments with queries related to HR system
  • Support expat staff: Visa & work permit registration, liaise with Procurement department for home & school search
  • Assist the logistics of office events: Monthly gathering, Training sessions, etc.
  • Support in preparing HR-related reports
  • Support in government compliance reports 
  • Other tasks to be assigned depending on potential and interests
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education. Final year student is encouraged to apply.
  • Possess a good inter-personal, leadership, and communication (both verbal & written English in office context)
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point.
  • Ability to handle both spoken & written with cross department and suppliers
