GIZ is a Federally Owned Enterprise and is supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.
The GIZ Improved Competitiveness of National Enterprises (ICONE) program supports companies located in the northwest region of Cambodia. The goal is to boost competitiveness, operational efficiency, innovation capacity, and digitalization of processes, systems, and solutions within these enterprises. The assignment seeks to impart consulting services and practical knowledge to companies in the northwest of Cambodia, aiming to provide them with marketing training.
We intend to seek a Cambodian resident consultant(s)/a locally registered consulting firm to award the services/ works described in the enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).

Offers must be sent in separate PDF files (duly identified as technical offer and financial offer) to the email address provided in the contact details, with the subject: Offer No. 83438321- Improved Competitiveness of Enterprises Through Strengthened HR Policy and Recruitment Competence until 23:59 on 09.06.2023 (offers sent after this date will be automatically disqualified). If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered.
