- Conduct garment inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and client specifications
- Perform QC/QA checks at all production stages (inline, final, pre-shipment)
- Understand and apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling methods during inspections
- Accurately record defects and prepare clear inspection reports in English
- Communicate effectively with factories, suppliers, and internal teams about quality issues
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of defects
- Travel frequently to various factory locations as required for inspections
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) in the garment industry or furiture industry
- Solid knowledge of AQL sampling plans and defect classifications
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Must own a car and be willing to travel extensively
- Hardworking, honest, and reliable personality
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and handle pressure to meet tight deadlines
