TEWC and Digital Project Manager

- Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and code of conduct
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement digital tool adoption strategies and roadmaps for TEWC
- Drive initiatives to increase product share within the TEWC network
- Develop and execute national TEWC network expansion plans
- Identify, evaluate, recruit, negotiate, and onboard workshop partners and franchisees
- Conduct market and territory analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver annual network growth targets
- Develop and implement operating manuals, SOPs, safety standards, and branding guidelines
- Conduct audits and performance reviews to ensure service quality and operational consistency
- Monitor and implement corrective action plans for underperforming workshops
- Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and brand requirements
- Develop partner engagement initiatives and resolve operational or commercial issues
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and report to senior management
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability through targeted initiatives
- Design and deliver training programs for workshop owners, managers, and technicians
- Strengthen technical skills, customer service, sales effectiveness, and continuous improvement practices
- Provide training on general car maintenance beyond quick lubricant changes
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service commitments
- Address customer feedback, resolve service gaps, and improve retention and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and local business development
- Plan and manage annual budgets for TEWC development, renovation, and digital projects
- Lead workshop setup, renovation, expansion, and digital transformation projects
- Manage ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Management experience for 0 month as a minimum
- Marketing and operations experience in automotive or workshop chains; mechanical experience is an advantage for 3 years
- Business development, project management, market analysis, and partner acquisition
- Solid understanding of the Cambodian market, commercial business awareness, and service chain management
- Khmer (proficient); English (proficient)
