Teller
- Handle daily banking tasks and transaction (Trail Balance, Cash Report, Teller’s Petty Cash Opening Balance, Cash Register)
- Provide customer service and handle customer complaint
- Follow up customer loan
- Perform banking reconciliation
- Prepare reports
- Handle Daily Banking Transaction (Deposit, Withdrawal, and Expanse Posting).
- Prepare Weekly Cash Transaction Report.
- Upload NBC Report.
- Prepare Purchasing Report to Accountant every month.
- The Process of Teller’s Petty Cash Movement.
- Fresh graduate in Business/Accounting/ Finance or any other related field
- One or two year experiences in teller, customer service, reception, cashier and account is a plus.
- Be able to detect counterfeit notes.
- Honest, hard-working with high responsibility and commitment
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues in a team environment and with stakeholders from different culture backgrounds
- Good command in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading).
Human Resources and Administrative Officer
- Implement the bank’s rules & regulations.
- Calculating Payroll, Seniority, Bonus, others Benefits and Compensations
- Anticipate closely with governmental entities and other private sectors and suppliers mainly:
- Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MoLVT)
- National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
- Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS)
- Labor Automated Central Management System (LACMS)
- National Bank of Cambodia (NBC)
- The Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC)
- Development Fund (DF)
- Institute of Bank and Finance (IBF), etc.
- Keep track and inform management’s schedules (training, meeting, events participation, opening ceremony, etc…)
- Employment data directory in both hard and soft copies
- Regulate annual insurances for staff and bank (General Insurances)
- Preparing job adverts, On Boarding, Screening, Sourcing, Interviewing and Conducting reference check on the candidates before selection.
- Prepare staff’s conduct orientation, staffs’ employment contracts and properly signed and filing.
- Conduct staff’s probationary performance evaluation, training sessions, workshop and other HR activities.
- Monitor daily attendance and make report to support for payroll calculation.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Updating sick leave, annual leave recording
- Supervision on stock monitoring on stationary as well as cleaning stock report.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or other equivalent field.
- Male and Female.
- At least two to four year experience in the field of HR and Admin, or other related fields.
- Good communications in both written & spoken in English.
- MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills, combined with the ability to deal with all seniority levels within the line of business.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to improve processes.
- Honest, friendly, and able to work independent and under pressure.
