Telemarketer (1 Position)
Reporting to (position): Sales Director.
PURPOSES:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate appointments for the sales team by cold calling potential or existing clients. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to introduce our company and present services that could meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements to set up appointments for the sales teamProvide management and BUs with legislation advice and compliance
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Act in accordance with the work rules and instruction of the company. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor (if any).
- 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)

Sales Executive (1 Position)
We are looking for a qualified Sales Executive Cambodian national (both male and female) to join our sales team and help us developing our pest control service.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of B2B sales process.

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
- Deal with potential customers for promotion and selling services.
- Ensure achievement of sales target.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Gather information to prepare the Weekly and Monthly Performance Report.
- Act in accordance with the work rules and instruction of the company.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings and seminars.

- Pursuing a degree in sales or other related fields.

IT Support Engineer (1 Position)
- Maintain and proactively improve the IT infrastructure of the company to avoid disruptions to operations. The infrastructure covers office equipment like computers, network, printers, video conference and firewall.
- Support and administer software and cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, HR/finance systems etc.
- Help to maintain and update IT Assets and inventory into Asset Management System.
- Assist in reformat, reconfigure, repair laptop / desktop.
- Provision and deprovision employees.
- To support remote users problem from other locations where necessary.
- Support our other locations in South East Asia, expect 25% traveling.
- To perform other related duties as required to support users and the business.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in an IT Support or System/Network Admin role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience.
- Knowledge of IT systems (applications, servers, networking, security) or IT practices (ITIL, operations, change control, release management, testing UAT).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/email with peers, management and vendors.
- Customer-focused - proactively seeks out, understands and responds to the needs of users.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications is a big plus.
