- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and service requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop.
- Monitor and operate building management systems (e.g., lighting, water pumps, air conditioning).
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of hotel events and functions as needed.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and report low stock to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
- Support urgent technical check and repair if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building or hotel maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy and trustworthy.
- Willingness to stay on-site at the company-provided accommodation.
