Technician (Many Positions)
Position Circumstances

The position is for Khmer
Working day: Mon - Fri
Report to : Site Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the installation team to install solar PV system by following work plan assigned by Site Manager
- Regular check and follow up with installation team to ensure the work done following the quality target and schedule set
- Measure and mark areas for mounting structure and solar panel placement
- Mount and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground mounts
- Run and connect electrical wiring and inverters
- Ensure proper system grounding
- Troubleshoot and repair the system, solve the problem and ensure equipment operates reliably
- Make daily, weekly and monthly report
- Identify hazard, unsafety condition, mitigate and report to safety supervisor
- Performs other duties assigned by Site Manager
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineer/electronic or equivalent
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Have more than 1 year of Work experience
- Have mechanical skill such as welding, cutting, and measurement
- Good command of spoken and written in English is preferred
- Familiar with safety protocols and procedures
- Have driving license in Cambodia if prefer
Soft Skills
- Excellent in organizational skill, communication skills, problem solving ability on technical issue and execution ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary
