The position is for Manufacturing Facility
Report to: Business Development Manager
Location: TSNR Prek Taten Warehouse
- Ensure the production line runs smoothly with good productivity.
- Act as the main technical person for the production line.
- Troubleshoot and fix machine problems (mechanical and electrical) to reduce downtime.
- Perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines in good condition.
- Follow safety standards during all work.
- Train operators and technicians on machine operation and SOPs.
- Monitor and manage spare parts and tools inventory.
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

- បរិញ្ញាបត្រ ផ្នែក Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or similar.
- At least experience as an Engineer or Senior Technician within FMCG or manufacturing factories.រយៈពេល 3 ឆ្នាំ
- Solid practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., sensors, motors, pneumatic systems).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Communicable English (Ability to read technical manuals and report technical status to management).
Marketing Executive (2 Positions)

- Trade Programs
- Plan and prepare trade promotion and communication sales kit
- Support sales team with marketing activities to drive sales volume and distribution, and set guidelines for displays and merchandizing.
- Monitor sales performance progress, inventory and competitor’s activities for in-depth market insights.
- Responsible for the production, allocation and tracking of POSM (e.g. shelf displays, banners, posters, flyers, etc).
- Prepare Mid-Month Business Report and Post-Program Review
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager and Finance Team on reimbursement of all promotional and advertising expenses.
- Trade Relations & Communication
- Prepare and conduct monthly briefing to the sales team of marketing promotions and activities.
- Weekly market visits to the trade with sales team.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with internal (TSNR departments) and external (principal, retailers) stakeholders
- Lead PG team to drive in-store visibility and/or sales.
- Manage brand’s in-field activation and/or sampling events.
- Others task assigned by superior/manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field.
- Experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG, in a familiar trade marketing role for 1 to 2 years
- Experience of project management against set deliverables.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required.
- Team player and the ability to work across different multi-media platforms and departments.
- Ability to problem solve and “make things happen”.
- Willingness to learn and develop with the role..
Sales Key Account Executive (2 Positions)
