- Lead research and development of new products as per the company’s product development plan, enhancing or improving existing offerings.
- Manage engineering activities, including team coordination, project planning, and budget/schedule control.
- Oversee preparation of technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, BOQ, specifications, and manuals.

- Recruit, train, and mentor engineers and technicians; develop annual plans and work plans.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, customer events, field trips, and technical studies.
- Ensure after-sales service quality, track maintenance schedules, and manage customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
- Manage IT department operations, ensuring effective system integration and technological support across all functions.
- Generate reports on after-sales service performance, including revenues, project photos, completion timelines, and customer feedback.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MV, LV, and automation equipment.
- Familiarity with Cambodian technical standards.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Khmer proficiency is a must
- Fluent in English.
Technical Supervisor

- Oversee and guide the technical team in executing engineering projects by providing technical expertise, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and to company quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to organize and coordinate engineering activities, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks and alignment with project timelines.
- Ensure proper preparation, maintenance, and accuracy of technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, BOQs, specifications, and manuals.
- Support the Technical Manager in providing technical training, testing new products and guidance to internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure they have the knowledge to assist with product promotions, sales presentations, and customer support.
- Assist with preparing bids, technical proposals, and budget estimates for potential projects, ensuring compliance with the company’s standards.
- Support the Technical Manager in overseeing contract implementation, ensuring all technical terms and conditions are met throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Supervise maintenance and repair work for project facilities, ensuring all after-sales services are performed as per quality standards.
- Ensure after-sales service quality by managing customer inquiries, tracking maintenance schedules, and implementing improvements based on customer feedback.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, customer events, and technical studies to promote company products.
- Assist in generating and maintaining reports on after-sales service performance, project completion timelines, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that systems are effectively integrated and provide necessary technical support for all engineering functions.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Technical Manager or upper management.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MV, LV, and automation equipment.
- Familiarity with Cambodian technical standards and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Fluent in English.
Admin & HR Supervisor

- Support the development and implementation of HR & Admin policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, procedures and guideline to ensure HR functions are effectively and efficiently managed,
- Manage and oversee recruitment and selection process (posing Job Ads, short-listing, screening candidates, interviewing, selecting, negotiating the offers, hiring) is met the company requirement,
- Manage all legal compliances for human resource requirements (quota, work permit, staff declaration, shop steward, VISA extension…etc.),
- Manage and oversee new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Manage and oversee off-boarding process (exit interview…etc.),
- Manage and oversee company fixed assets record and report to ensure its properly done as required from time to time,
- Manage monthly employees’ payroll,
- Manage and monitor company’s vehicle annual tax and renewal any agreement on time and properly,
- Manage and monitor company internal memo/announcements,
- Provide counseling on policies, discipline and procedures to employees
- Assist in coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews
- Assist management in disciplinary and grievance issues
- Monitor office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Assist in managing the general admin tasks and lead the team
- Manage and monitor repair and construction related to company building,
- Organize all company events (parties and annul trip…etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar skill.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in human resource and compliance field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of local labor law, local HR practices and repair or construction skill
- Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issued.
- Good at presentation skills and able to work independently.
- Able to pay attention to detail, write clear, concise and objectively based.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Abilities to perform the role and mission travel when required.
