- Lead research and development of new products as per the company’s product development plan, enhancing or improving existing offerings.
- Manage engineering activities, including team coordination, project planning, and budget/schedule control.

- Recruit, train, and mentor engineers and technicians; develop annual plans and work plans.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, customer events, field trips, and technical studies.
- Ensure after-sales service quality, track maintenance schedules, and manage customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
- Manage IT department operations, ensuring effective system integration and technological support across all functions.
- Generate reports on after-sales service performance, including revenues, project photos, completion timelines, and customer feedback.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MV, LV, and automation equipment.
- Familiarity with Cambodian technical standards.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Khmer proficiency is a must
- Fluent in English.
Technical Supervisor

- Oversee and guide the technical team in executing engineering projects by providing technical expertise, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and to company quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to organize and coordinate engineering activities, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks and alignment with project timelines.
- Ensure proper preparation, maintenance, and accuracy of technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, BOQs, specifications, and manuals.
- Support the Technical Manager in providing technical training, testing new products and guidance to internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure they have the knowledge to assist with product promotions, sales presentations, and customer support.
- Assist with preparing bids, technical proposals, and budget estimates for potential projects, ensuring compliance with the company’s standards.
- Support the Technical Manager in overseeing contract implementation, ensuring all technical terms and conditions are met throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Supervise maintenance and repair work for project facilities, ensuring all after-sales services are performed as per quality standards.
- Ensure after-sales service quality by managing customer inquiries, tracking maintenance schedules, and implementing improvements based on customer feedback.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, customer events, and technical studies to promote company products.
- Assist in generating and maintaining reports on after-sales service performance, project completion timelines, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that systems are effectively integrated and provide necessary technical support for all engineering functions.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Technical Manager or upper management.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MV, LV, and automation equipment.
- Familiarity with Cambodian technical standards and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Fluent in English.
Sales Executive (Sales Projection)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Preparing the Daily Sales Action Plan to search for the projects in the determined regions.
- Selecting the main-streets & sub-streets to scan the project and contractor to list in the prospecting customer & contractor datasheet.
- Arranging the sales documents to support the daily sales actions plan.
- Scanning the residential, commercial & manufactural projects and corporate-contractors in each region.
- Selecting the potential customers and contractor in the afternoon schedule.
- Building the sales communication with the all customers in projection & construction sales channels in order to promote & motivate them to consume our products.
- Selecting the potentially prospecting customers to make an appointment and present the products in order to make a close-sales.
- Proposing the right products to satisfy the need or demand of potentially prospecting customers to make a faster sale close.
- Requesting the Sales Manager to support or and sales condition to close sales properly.
- Checking & classifying the projects and contractor in the Business Objective (Activities) properly to list into prospect-datasheet and customer profile.
- Searching for the sales tactics & techniques to improve the sales performance and capacity in selling skill.
- Allocating the sales-target into daily sales target and motivating yourself to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target promptly in order to receiving the sales incentives.
- Following & practicing the sales strategy determined by Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Preparing and submitting the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as requested by sales & marketing manager promptly.
- Motivating yourself to complete the daily tasks and targets to achieve the sales performance effectively.
- Working corporately with the sales team to share, learn and improve the sales skill in order to accomplish the sales team’s goal and company’s mission statement.
- Other duties are pertained to Sales & Marketing department and tasks are arranged and appointed by sales Marketing manager.
- Education: BBA – in Marketing, Accounting & Management or equivalent majors.
- Training skills: Short-course in sales, marketing, management, Technical, MEP or Engineering (is a first priority for an interview participation).
- Experience: 1 or 2 years in Construction Material/Electrics/Electronics sales industry.
- Office work: Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
- Language: English plus other languages (Chinese, Thai & Vietnam is a first priority for an interview schedule.)
