Location : Phnom Penh with frequent travel to provinces
Directly report to : Water Quality & Technical Manager
Working Day : Monday-Friday (8:00AM-500PM)

Type of Contract : A long-term contract will be offered depending on performance with 3-month probation period.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- The technical supporter will assist the implementation of the after service by directly assisting the WQ and Technical Manager. He is supporting the specific interventions on site, the sourcing of technical equipment and developing technical documents and specifications.
- Mission 1. Technical support
- Participate to the elaboration of the Standards, Procedures and Policies of the technical department
- Participate to the critical intervention assigned by the manager
- Support the technicians and the other team members for site intervention or visits
- Participate to the deployment of the Kiosk 2.0
- Support the implementation of R&D piliation and translation (SOP, procedure, specification, etc.)
- Mission 2. Procurement and sourcing
- Participate and support the procurement department by sourcing potential suppliers
- Update the Technical equipment’s catalogue according to the need of the technical department
- Visit potential supplier
- Evaluate the suppliers and check the quality of the equipment (at the delivery and sourcing)
- Mission 3. Training/Capacity buildings
- Support the Technician Supervisor to develop training contents
- Participate to the trainings
- Participate to the Technical Committee
- Mission 4 : Other tasks
- Support some research activities follow the assignation from the Technical and Water Quality Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by the WQ and Technical Manager

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical
- Bachelor's Degree in Plumbing
- Bachelor's Degree in water and environmental engineering, water treatment system/plumbing system, or related field
Work History:
- Technician in Construction for 3 to 5 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Khmer and English)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Be able to do multi tasks
- Knowledge in technical skills, electricity or plumbing drawing is a plus
Soft Skills
- Rigorous and quality-oriented
- Able to travel often to remote area (at least 50% minimum)
- Cautious and hard-working
