Position Summary
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Report to: Teacher and Head of Primary
Start date: ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support children with their learning activities in the classroom
Work closely with teachers to make sure pupils enjoy learning in a safe and caring setting
Getting the classroom ready for lessons
Listening to children read, reading to them or telling them stories
Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks
Helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records
Supporting teachers in managing class behaviour
Supervising group activities
Looking after children who are upset or have had accidents
Clearing away materials and equipment after lessons
Helping with outings and sports events
Taking part in training
Carrying out administrative tasks
Dealing with simple enquiries, and having the judgment to know when to pass them to more senior colleagues
Other appropriate duties as allocated by members of the SLT
Expected Profile of Candidates

Be able to communicate in English
Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office
Soft Skills
Posses good communication skills, be friendly and love the students;
Demonstrate evident of innovating and adapting curricular to engage children and enable them to perform highly
