Teaching Assistant (French Speaker is highly preferred)
To support its continued development, EFI is recruiting a Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term contract.
- Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Working Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Teaching Assistant will support the Homeroom teacher by preparing instructional materials, assisting with classroom management, and providing learning support to students.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English; French proficiency is highly preferred
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young learners
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
