Teacher (Facilitator) (2 Positions)
Location : Boeung Keng Kang
Schedule : 09:00 - 18:00 (Wednesday - Sunday)
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the teacher team with professionalism and teamwork
- Conduct daily staff meetings
- Evaluate staff performance and collaborate with HR to recognize achievements
- Class & Content Management
- Supervise class preparations, teaching materials, and student reports.
- Facilitate regular and trial classes weekly.
- Assist in content creation (e.g., PPT slides, Adobe Illustrator).
- Prepare weekly class content slides.
- Teacher Training & Development
- Conduct weekly training on class content, flow, and teaching checklists.
- Provide real-time feedback to teachers and implement improvements.
- Parent Communication
- Share weekly lesson highlights with parents before class ends.
- Serve as the English speaker for monthly parent orientations.
- Present campus updates in all-staff meetings.
- Operations & Resource Management
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee teaching department checklists and ensure compliance.
- Request necessary supplies and coordinate with the Back Office.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in startup

- Be able to use Microsoft word Excel Powerpoint and email
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in a formal classroom
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and inclusive environment
Accountant (2 Positions)
Location: The Commune building (near TK)
Schedule : 09:00 - 18:00 (Tuesday - Saturday)
- Record and maintain accurate financial transacons in the accounng system.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice tracking and vendor communicaons.
- Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments, including school-related payments.
- Assist in the preparaon of tax documents
- Maintain and organize financial records, documents, and files.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounng standards.
- Purchase and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth day-to-day operaon of the office.
- Perform data entry and administrave tasks as needed within the finance and administraon funcons.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
