Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic educational team in Phnom Penh. In this role, you will work closely alongside our lead teachers to support daily classroom operations, facilitate engaging activities, and foster a positive, organized, and inclusive learning environment where every student can grow.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Support: Assist with the preparation, implementation, and management of daily classroom activities and lesson plans.
  • Instructional Assistance: Work directly with small groups or individual students to reinforce lessons, provide extra guidance, and help them grasp key learning concepts.
  • Environment Management: Help maintain a clean, tidy, safe, and well-organized classroom environment suitable for student learning and development.
  • Material Preparation: Aid in preparing educational resources, teaching aids, and display materials needed for daily lessons.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • No previous experience is needed. We provide a fully trained onboarding program to set you up for success.
  • Must be fully proficient in both Khmer and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our staff and support our diverse student population.
Soft Skills
  • Demonstrates exceptional patience, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a warm, nurturing approach toward students.
  • Possesses a highly collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take direction from lead educators.
  • Holds a genuine desire to positively impact student growth and development.
