Reports to: Product & Account Manager, Khiri Travel Cambodia
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in travel systems, data management, and supplier coordination.
The Systems & Contracting Officer supports our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams by maintaining accurate system data, assisting with supplier contracts and pricing, and helping ensure our products remain efficient, competitive, and well managed. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support from experienced team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
- Assist with entering and updating supplier contracts, rates, and product pricing
- Support team members with system use and standard procedures
- Help identify and resolve basic system or data issues
- Assist with preparing reports on supplier performance and productivity
- Support contract renewals and supplier communications
- Share supplier offers and updates with relevant internal teams
- Support Khiri’s sustainability initiatives and supplier policy communication

Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Business, IT, Communications, or related field
Work History:
- Recent graduate or relevant experience for 1 to 2 years
