Support Intern (Many Positions)
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Department/Group: IT Department
Reporting to: CTO
Travel Required: Yes (local)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8 hours/day)
Start Date: As soon as possible
- Provide customer service and support related to technical questions
- Check system logs and respond back to customers
- Provide technical guidance and support for system set up and installation
- Install and set up cloud BPX/Call Center systems
- Perform UAT after completion of system installation
- Generate daily and monthly reports for invoicing
- Perform ad-hoc work as required by supervisor or management
- Can be a year 1 or year 2 student in computer science or programming
- Basic understanding of Internet, TCP/IP, and computer networks
- Can communicate in English and Khmer for speaking, reading and writing
