Support Intern (Many Positions)

Position Summary

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Department/Group: IT Department

Reporting to: CTO

Travel Required: Yes (local)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8 hours/day)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support related to technical questions
  • Check system logs and respond back to customers
  • Provide technical guidance and support for system set up and installation
  • Install and set up cloud BPX/Call Center systems
  • Perform UAT after completion of system installation
  • Generate daily and monthly reports for invoicing
  • Perform ad-hoc work as required by supervisor or management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Can be a year 1 or year 2 student in computer science or programming
  • Basic understanding of Internet, TCP/IP, and computer networks
  • Can communicate in English and Khmer for speaking, reading and writing
