Supply & Vendor Manager
Reporting Line: SFS Manager
- The scope cover for Shop business, Café and Bakery for all COCO, CODO and DODO.
- Manage vendor activities and maintain both new and existing vendor relationships for shop, café bonjour & bakery and other activities related to SFS business.
- Identify suitable vendors, negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations.
- Monitor vendors to ensure compliance with company policies, attending company meetings or/and trade shows/ exhibitions, networking events and informing new vendors of their responsibilities and obligations, plus vendor data management.
- Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
- Arrange meetings with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, promotion calendar, rebates, support (i.e. communications, poster designs, on-site activations to boost sales and brand awareness, etc.) and communicate any product or service-related concerns, with support from SFS Manager.
- Conduct research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
- Implement vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
- Conducting interviews with new/existing vendors and pitching the expanding range of products, based on the market analysis by F&B and Non-Food Executives.
- Manage and have NDA signed with new partners and stakeholder.
- Manage orders and product delivery to sites (bonjour shop & café bonjour & bakery) with supports from local suppliers/ partners, if required,
- Establish standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
- Evaluate current vendor management programs and identify ways to improve them.
- Work closely with all TMs, SFS team, and dealers to manage and ensure smooth supply to sites.
- Develop innovative supply and logistic policy to simplify and shorten process flow for the shop, Café Bonjour and Bakery and implement it at all the stations related.
- Ensure to conduct proper Due Diligence for all suppliers according to the company guidelines and find improvement to simply the process.
- conduct market survey to understand the trendy selling items and propose to suppliers accordingly but not limited to prepare and update monthly reports including the number of purchase orders by site/ supplier, and rebate from each vendor.
- Perform other tasks assigned by SFS Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a vendor manager.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to travel for work.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
