Reporting Line: Vice President of Operations
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
- Develop and implement supply strategies to optimize national trading and supply operations.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage and lead the supply team to achieve operational goals and improve performance.
- Analyze market trends and data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to national regulations and company policies in all supply activities.
- Facilitate negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage supply source of product and ensure sustainable activities of import for all main fuel, lubricant, CCP, additive and dye.
- Ensure accuracy of import costs including product cost, handling fee, tax payment, loss claim, demurrage and all cost of goods sold related until product accepted into depot/warehouse both physical and system (SAP).
- Ensure stock management is well complied with in all depots.
- Ensure smooth process of registering goods and service purchase in SAP.

Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent level
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Technical skills required for the position: Logistic arrangement, supply chain and procurement process, rice Risk Management, Clearance Process, Understanding Fuel/Lubricant characteristic and quality, SAP for inventory management, Fixed price sale
- Language skills required for the position: Proficiency in Khmer and English
- Specific knowledge required for the position: Market Risk Management, Change management, Supply Chain management, Depot Operations,
- Level of experience required for the position: At least 5 years' experience in supply operations and at least 3 years in the company
