Supply Executive – Main Fuel

- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s standards, procedures, strategy, roadmap, and HSEQ requirements for Supply and Depot operations.
- Oversee the importation of main fuels, ensuring smooth logistics processes and effective coordination with all stakeholders operations teams.
- Monitor and control end‑to‑end logistics costs from supplier to depot, covering product costs, clearance fees, taxes, inspections, loss claims, and other related expenses.
- Analyse logistics processes and mass balance, and actively support operational efficiency and optimization initiatives.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors related to main fuels, including contract administration, due diligence, PR/PO processes, invoice verification, and payment follow‑up.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of SAP/Lynks transactions related to main fuels, including POs covering all cost components.
- Ensure imported products comply with all technical, safety, and quality standards, including proper use of dyes and additives.
- Manage price risk to minimize exposure, optimize logistics costs, and reduce supply lead times.
- Analyse sales trends, optimize inventory levels, and ensure continuous product availability.
- Coordinate main‑fuel reconciliations and act as the focal point for resolving issues impacting month‑end closing and reporting.
- Ensure all procedures, permits, certificates, and contracts related to main fuels remain compliant and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement action plans and execute management‑defined business strategies.
- Maintain proper document control and ensure accurate archiving of all related records.
- Participate in company events and training programs as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, a related field.
- Relevant experience in fuel supply chain, logistics, or depot operations for 3 years as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, supply chain operations, and procurement processes.
- Experience in price risk management and inventory control.
- Understanding of fuel characteristics, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP for inventory management, reconciliation, and transactional accuracy.
- Knowledge of tax calculation and cost components related to fuel importation and logistics.
