Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics Officer

We are looking for a proactive and organized Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the responsible for planning product demand, coordinating production supply, managing inventory and packaging materials, and overseeing logistics operations for domestic distribution and export shipments. The role ensures efficient product flow from production/purchasing to warehouse, retail shops, and international customers while maintaining accurate data and documentation.
- Demand Planning and Supply Coordination
- Prepare annual and monthly demand forecasts based on sales data and market requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and production teams to ensure production plans meet product demand.
- Monitor product availability and maintain optimal stock levels of finished goods.
- Identify potential supply shortages and propose corrective actions.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and packaging materials.
- Ensure adequate stock levels to prevent stock-outs or production interruptions.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation with warehouse and accounting teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company system.
- Logistics and Export Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics agents and freight forwarders for import and export shipments.
- Prepare and follow up on export documentation to ensure timely shipment release.
- Request and manage required export documents, including Certificate of Compliance (CoC) from KPPA.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers and distribution points.
- Packaging and Material Supply
- Monitor packaging material requirements to support production schedules.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely purchasing and delivery of packaging materials.
- Prevent packaging material shortages that could disrupt production.
- System and Data Management
- Create and update product information in the KIU system.
- Record operational transactions including Manufacturing Orders (MO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Internal Transfers (IT).
- Ensure the accuracy of supply chain data in the system.
- Distribution Coordination
- Coordinate internal product transfers between the factory stock and retail shops.
- Ensure timely distribution of products to all sales locations.
- Reporting
- Prepare weekly supply chain operational reports.
- Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports for the General Manager and management team.
- Update product price lists and product data in the system when required.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Support system improvements and process optimization within supply chain activities.
- Other Duties
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to support supply chain and operational activities.

- Khmer - Fluent is required
- French is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or operations for 2 to 3 years
- Experience with inventory management systems (KIU or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software
- Good command of English, Khmer is required; French is an advantage.
