Student Services Officer

- Salary based on experience and qualifications. Starting salary indication: $500 per month.

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Maintaining accurate student records.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with all members of the school community.
- Producing school announcements and letters in English and Khmer.
- Assisting with enrollment and registration of new students.
- Communicating with students, parents, faculty, staff and community members in English and Khmer.
- Liaising with relevant government departments in order to prepare and deliver required documentation.
- Conducting house visits to collect detailed family information.
- Assisting with general office and other duties, as required.
- Outstanding spoken and written English language skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with children, parents and colleagues.
- Hardworking, honest and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to speak confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
