Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer
Reports To: Marketing & Admissions Manager
Job Summary:
The Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer will play a key role in promoting Maple International Academy’s programs, recruiting prospective students, and supporting the development of strategic marketing initiatives. This role is essential in achieving student enrollment targets and enhancing the institution’s brand visibility locally and internationally.
- Student Recruitment:
- Promote the Academy’s programs through school visits, education fairs, online channels, and information sessions.
- Handle inquiries and guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process.
- Maintain a strong conversion pipeline from lead generation to enrollment.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and print media.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the Academy’s website and social media channels with fresh content.
- Events & Outreach:
- Organize and participate in open days, webinars, and community outreach events.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner schools, education agents, and other stakeholders.
- Market Research:
- Monitor trends in the education sector and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Collect and analyze data on campaign performance and student feedback.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage student application records and track recruitment progress.
- Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment metrics and marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or educational services (fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events.
