Position Summary (Learning Support)
As a Student Learning Companion, you will work one-to-one with students aged 2 to 12 years old, supporting their learning, communication, and daily development.
You will follow structured programmes and guidance provided by the team. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one learning support to students aged 2–12
- Support students using structured learning activities
- Encourage positive behaviour in a safe and nurturing environment
- Build warm, trusting relationships with students
- Observe and record student progress
- Communicate clearly with supervisors
- Maintain a caring and professional attitude
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Associate degree or above (any field)
- No prior teaching experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to engage positively with children
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Soft Skills
- Kind, patient, and fun
- Comfortable working closely with young children
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work in a one-to-one learning setting
