Position Summary

Student Learning Companion (Learning Support – 1:1)

Workplace Position: Learning Support / Education Support

Position Eligibility

This position is open to international candidates interested in working in an international learning environment.

Position Summary (Learning Support)

As a Student Learning Companion, you will work one-to-one with students aged 2 to 12 years old, supporting their learning, communication, and daily development.

You will follow structured programmes and guidance provided by the team. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Provide one-to-one learning support to students aged 2–12
  • Support students using structured learning activities
  • Encourage positive behaviour in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with students
  • Observe and record student progress
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors
  • Maintain a caring and professional attitude
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Associate degree or above (any field)
  • No prior teaching experience required
  •  Good English communication skills
  • Ability to engage positively with children
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Soft Skills
  • Kind, patient, and fun
  • Comfortable working closely with young children
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a one-to-one learning setting
