Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stock and Inventory Management: Oversees the receipt, storage, and release of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and agricultural products.
- Ensures smooth workflow in the store or warehouse, including organizing merchandise in an orderly and hygienic manner.
- Lead, train, and assign tasks to warehouse staff, and monitor their performance.
- Maintain accurate product records through computer systems and prepare sales or inventory reports for management.
- Ensures that the storage of chemicals or hazardous materials complies with agricultural safety and health standards.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma in or bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field
Work History:
- At least in store management, retail, or warehouse work (experience in agriculture is preferred) for 1 to 3 years

Farm Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with administrators and research project leaders on work plans and programs and makes recommendations for improvements, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting of experimental feed plots.
- Determines soil use and rotation of crops.
- Inspects field orchard, and other units; confers with and advises project leaders on problems; requisitions equipment and materials; approves work schedules.
- Plans and supervises the planting, cultivating, harvesting and storing of field and farm crops on large and institutional farms.
- Supervises all operations of one of the larger and more complex institutional farms.
- Makes reports on time, equipment, materials, and production; keeps records and prepares estimates of needs.
