We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to take full ownership of FitBowl’s daily operations and revenue growth. This role is responsible for running the business end-to-end, improving efficiency, and driving sales to achieve the target.
This is not just an operations role — you are expected to think like a business owner.

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, meal prep, and delivery coordination
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
- Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Sales & Growth (Critical KPI)
- Drive monthly revenue to $XXX+ through clear action plans
- Increase subscriptions and customer retention
- Execute promotions, campaigns, and partnerships (corporate, gym, influencers)
- Identify new sales channels and growth opportunities
- Customer Experience
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints quickly
- Improve customer journey from ordering to delivery
- Build loyalty and repeat purchase behavior
- Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor daily sales, costs, and profit margins
- Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
- Work closely with management on pricing and profitability
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Build and improve SOPs for efficiency and scalability
- Track key metrics (orders, CAC, retention, revenue)
- Implement systems for better order and inventory management
- Experience in operations, F&B, or business management for 5 years
- Proven ability to grow sales or manage revenue targets
- Data-driven mindset with basic financial understanding
- Comfortable being hands-on in operations
- Not just managing — but growing and pushing sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly responsible, proactive, and execution-focused
