The Store Manager / Supervisor oversees daily store operations and team performance while ensuring a consistent, professional customer experience. This role manages staff, service standards, customer communication, and operational controls, and acts as the key link between customers, operations, and management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and team performance
- Ensure service standards, procedures, and workflows are followed
- Monitor order accuracy, handover and overall service quality
- Oversee basic stock usage, asset control, and loss prevention
- Supervise daily cash handling and payment accuracy
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, performance, disciplione and shift coverage
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery with professonalism
- Monitor operational accuracy and store presentation
- Report performance and coordinate with management on improvements, challenges, and solutions
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer is required
- English is preferred
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Work History:
- Experience as a Store Manager or Operations Supervisor (experience in relevant industry is an advantage) for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience managing teams and store performance KPIs
- Comfortable with POS systems, reporting, and messaging platforms
- Khmer required; English or Chinese is a strong advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service recovery skills
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
