Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inventory:
- Ensure that all material and components are available in store
- Supply material or components to technicians and clinical staff
- Update stock information
- Record accurately all stock in and out
- Computes materials and components issued daily, weekly and monthly (and back up report every 2 weeks).
- Make orders when a minimum stock level is reached
- Organize, clean and take good care of materials
- Ensure inventory is in a safe place
- When goods are received ensure they are of good quality and in good condition
- Ensure each inventory item is organized and easy to access
- Complete monthly check for end balance and prepare monthly inventory report
- Arrange monthly inventory spot check
- Arrange annual inventory physical stock check
- Monitor and control of MoSVY SMS (Stock Management Systems
- Fixed Asset:
- Ensure fixed assets are good quality and in good condition.
- Keep good record of fixed assets.
- Keep update all new assets according to Financial Accounting manual.
- Report immediately to the responsible managers any damaged, broken and obsolete fixed assets.
- Arrange / conduct the annual fixed assets physical stock check.
- Additional:
- Assist Admin task every afternoon on Tuesday and Thursday is on:
- Register new client.
- Filling client file in/out cabinets
- Monitor of stationary report.
- Planning and Reporting:
- Participate in preparing Bugged plan for inventory
- Prepare monthly report relate to inventory
- Prepare monthly report relate to Fixed asset
- Prepare monthly report relate to Client questionnaire
- Prepare other report as requested.
- Finance:
- Participate in preparing annual budget plan
- Monitor budget in relate expenses on monthly basis
- Inventory purchase for workshop
- Understand Finance and Accounting Manua
- Records keeping:
- Ensure that records under supervision have been identified and maintained properly. Those are:
- Daily Stock Usage
- Summary Weekly Stock Usage
- Annual Inventory Count Sheet
- Goods received Note
- Goods Delivery Note
- Client Questionnaires
- Fixed asset Register
- Fixed asset Disposal
- Fixed asset Transfer
- Fixed asset Physical Inspection

- High School Diploma in or equivalence

Duties & Responsibilities:
