Stock Keeper

Position Summary

ORGANIZATION : WESTLINE EDUCATION GROUP Co.,Ltd.

OFFICE/BRANCH : Accounting and Finance Department-Head Office

REPORTS TO : Stock Supervisor/Coordinator

SUPERVISES : N/A

This position is required to play multiple roles pertaining to stock keeping, inventory control, purchasing and delivery of goods (supply chains on schedule). She/he works under the supervision of Supervisor or Coordinator.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Keeps a record and maintaining cycle counts (at less twice time per month) of the entire inventory in the warehouse;
  • Receives and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings;
  • Sorting all goods and stacking them appropriately;
  • Assists in the labeling, tagging and packaging of the goods;
  • Ensures the timely dispatch of the goods to the branches/the appropriate destinations on schedule;
  • Maintains proper documentation processed for the receipt and dispatch;
  • Reports loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervisor/Coordinator;
  • Maintains cleanliness and order in the work place, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions;
  • Assist Management find vendor to control cost of goods;
  • Assists Supervisor/Coordinator to consolidation goods requirement from branches and prepare requesting to vendor;
  • Sends vendor’s invoice and receiving document to Head Cashier by daily;
  • Weekly/Monthly Consolidate Stock Report with Ledger of Accountant;
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential;
  • Assists Management Follow policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting and finance principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced costs and increase revenues;
  • Supports external and Internal auditors by provide information requirements;
  • Provides Monthly Stock Report with timely on 2th of Next Month and accurate;
  • Other Task assign by Management;
  • DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITIES
  • Check on supporting document for all transactions of receiving and dispatch goods;
  • Propose Job Description for Employee of Stock clerks;
  • Advise stock task to Stock clerks/workers;
  • Other base on Company’s regulations;
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Education Background
  • Associate Bachelor or Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance/Business.
  • Work Related Experience
  • At least one years’ experience as Stock Task, Stock Keeper experience is a plus.
  • Language
  • Fluent in Khmer;
  • Good Command of English;
  • Other Language is plus.
  • Technical Competencies and Skills
  • Understanding of Accounting Software, SunSystem, QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Position Summary

SUPERVISES : None

The Seller is responsible for managing the sale of school-related items and services within the school, including snacks, uniforms, supplies, and merchandise. This role requires excellent customer service skills, inventory management, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Sales Management
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing school supplies, uniforms, and other merchandise.
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit card processing.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing selling area, ensuring items are displayed properly.
  • Provide information to students and parents about products, pricing, and school policies regarding sales.
  • Promote special offers and new merchandise to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of all items for sale.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the Retail Manager for timely orders and deliveries.
  • Keep accurate records of sales and stock to identify trends and improve sales strategies.
  • Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to a welcoming and friendly environment.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and activities to promote school merchandise.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports for management review.
  • Assist in the coordination of payment processing and receipt management.
  • Support compliance with school policies and regulations in all sales activities.
  • General Duties
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe selling environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to sales and customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager or school administration.

  • Achieve a minimum 10% increase in sales by assisting customers effectively and processing transactions with less than a 1% error rate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized selling area, enhancing customer engagement and feedback regarding the shopping experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels to achieve a 95% stock availability rate, minimizing stockouts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales records and daily reports for management, supporting effective decision-making and streamlined financial operations.

  • QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Janitor

Position Summary

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the school. This role involves performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all areas of the school facilities are well-kept and hygienic for students, staff, and visitors.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Ensure that all surfaces and facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, especially in high-traffic areas.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials, ensuring that adequate resources are available for daily operations.
  • Waste Management
  • Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables properly, following school guidelines for waste management.
  • Maintain outdoor cleanliness, including litter pickup and basic landscaping as needed around the school property.
  • Health and Safety Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for students and staff.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Facilities Manager.

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety guidelines is beneficial.
