ARIYA GROUP CO., LTD is a dealer for selling construction machinery equipment KOBELCO Excavator and SAKAI Roller. We also provide service and sale Spare Parts for all those machines and other well-known brands for over 45 years of operation.

ARIYA CE CO., LTD had set up an operation in Cambodia since 2017, which has a central office in Phnom Penh. During our 7 years of operation in Cambodia, Company’s business had grown rapidly. To support customers more effectively, we had opened a new branch office at Battambang in the year 2018. We had opened another branch at Kratie province in 2020. We plan to open a new branch in the future, due to increasing in demand we are now seeking for qualified candidates to hold the vacancy position of:

Announcement Positions

Stock Controller (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Stock / Inventory, Logistics
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $300 - $500 Based on Experience
Position Summary

Male candidates are preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily stock/inventory
  • Plan and monitor the organization of spare parts to ensure they are tidy
  • Prepare summary lists for stock movement, stock variation, and stock balance on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Receive and arrange spare parts into stock and the system
  • Inspect and monitor all items/goods released from stock
  • Report to superiors any problematic or damaged goods
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly stock counts (inventory) and summarize the reports.
  • Arrange and delivery spare parts to customers.
  • Responsible for any loss of spare parts.
  • Manage and supervise stock keeping operations.

Languages:
  • English - Basic
  • Chinese - Simplified is preferred
  • Thai is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrator or related fields
Work History:
  • At least of experience related to the requirements mentioned in job descriptions for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of English (Thai and Chinese languages are prioritized)
  • Proficient in Computer literature (Ms Office such as Word, Excel, Internet & Email)

Sale Spare Part (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Sales / Marketing
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable + Based on Experience
Position Summary

Male candidates are preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • In charge of sale outdoors / counter sales
  • Issue quotations and delivery notes
  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting auto parts using catalogues and inventory management systems
  • Prepare daily / monthly sales plans
  • Find and contact new customers to promote and sell products
  • Follow up and coordinate with customers’ orders
  • Handle customers complaints
  • Answer telephone calls from customers and sales team
  • Follow up with customer with account receivable
  • Review monthly reports from sales team
  • Other tasks assigned by upper level
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Basic
  • Chinese - Simplified is preferred
  • Thai is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrator or related fields
Work History:
  • At least experience with Sales Administrative work or related to the experience mentioned in job descriptions for 1 year

Assistant Stock Keeper (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Assistant, Stock / Inventory
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $300 - $500 Based on Experience
Position Summary

Male candidates preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily stock
  • Ensure stock locations are tidy and hygienic
  • Receive and prepare spare parts in stock
  • Make summary lists for stock movement, stock variation and stock balance
  • Monitor transfer spare part to another branch
  • Prepare daily /weekly /monthly Stock Reports
  • Arrange and deliver spare parts to customers
  • Ensure all spare parts in stock are properly arranged in orders, monitored and counted
