Sports Club Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Leading and coaching the team, to exceed guest satisfaction;
- Maintains a membership database, and follow up on guest comments and requests;
- To ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the sports club's first priority; and
- Directs and coordinates promotion of products or services performed to develop new market, increase share of market and obtain competitive position in industry.
- 3 years’ experience in Sales in a luxury setting or in related field;
- Good fitness background (preferably in a Five Star Hotel or well-known Fitness chain at management level);
- Excellent communications skills in spoken and written English;
- Attention to detail and quality, guest oriented mindset; and
- Excellent organization, planning, communication and management skills.
