Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an energetic, committed Sports Teacher / Sports Coach to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a qualified PE teacher or a highly skilled coach with recognised coaching certifications and strong experience working with children and young people.
You will deliver high‑quality coaching across K–12 (ages 5–18) in lessons, training sessions, and co‑curricular activities. The successful candidate will contribute to our core sports programme, volleyball, basketball, football, and swimming, and support our wider offering in badminton, tennis, fencing, dance, yoga, and fitness.
A flexible, positive, team‑focused mindset is essential. The school takes part in local leagues and tournaments, which require willingness to coach after school and occasionally on weekends.

AP Supervisor

You will manage the complete lifecycle of vendor payments—from invoice intake, verification, and compliance checks to final settlement—ensuring that the school maintains strong vendor relationships and uninterrupted operations.
A core responsibility of this role involves managing Accrued Expenses and Payables, which represent the school’s financial obligations. You will oversee the recognition of expenses, monitor outstanding liabilities, and ensure that all vendor balances reflect the true financial position of the school at any point in time. Beyond payment processing, you will own the “Current Liability” side of the Balance Sheet, ensuring that accounts payable, accrued expenses, tax payables, and staff reimbursement obligations are reconciled with 100% accuracy every month.

- Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the campus high- and low-voltage electrical systems, including:
- Inspection of the operating status of 1000 KVA and 630 KVA transformers
- Regular testing and maintenance of the 1400 KVA diesel backup generator, at least once per month
- Maintenance of distribution cabinets, switch cabinets, cable lines, sockets, and lighting systems
